The cocoa beans are a variety from Nicaragua and the possible grandparents of the Venezuelan criollos and trinitarios.The beans come from the north of Nicaragua. Pleasant fruitiness, gentle with a long finish. It's a bean-to-bar chocolate.

The chocolate has slightly fruity notes and a pleasant and long finish.
