This chocolate is Mikkel Friis-Holm's first flavoured bar. The hazelnuts complement the creaminess of the Friis Holm chocolate perfectly. An absolute delight.

The cocoa beans for this Bean-To-Bar chocolate from Mikkel Friis Holm come from a cooperative in Waslala in north-eastern Nicaragua. Waslala is one of eight counties in the Autonoma de la Costa Caribe Norte region. They are Organic cocoa beans from different farms, which are then processed into this milk chocolate in Denmark.
