Fu Wan Chocolate
Fu Wan Chocolate was founded by Warren Hsu. Because of his passion, Fu Wan became the first chocolate manufacturer of Bean-To-Bar chocolates in Taiwan. The Taiwan #1Ping Tung got gold for his chocolate at the International Chocolate Awards in 2017, laying the foundation for cocoa production in Taiwan. A resort hotel, built by his father, also stands on the site of his chocolate production. In the glass factory, one can directly follow all steps of production, from harvesting to fermentation to the finished chocolate. The production is HACCP and ISO 22000 certified.
With his experiments in fermentation he creates extraordinary flavor combinations and through excellent processing of cocoa closed Fu Wan within a very short time to the best chocolate manufacturers and has since 2017 received numerous awards from the International Chocolate Awards as well as the Academy of Chocolate. A look at the packaging boxes with the many logos of the awards won clearly shows where quality is produced.
