Fu Wan Chocolate is a family business in Taiwan in the south of the country in Ping Tung County about 20 km east of the South China Sea. Warren Hsu is a chef and sommelier and has transferred some steps from wine making to chocolate making. Obviously successful, as you can see from the numerous awards.

This chocolate has been enhanced with magao (wild pepper) . Wild pepper is a native plant and is actually a berry. It has slightly peppery notes and flavors of lemongrass, ginger and lemon.

The cacao beans come from the Ping Tung region, in part from his own resort. Waren Hsu processes the cacao beans from bean to bar on his resort with his own fermentation rooms and drying facilities.

Außergewöhnliche Schokolade

Die Schokolade hält was sie verspricht. Die angegebenen Geschmacksnoten lassen sich wirklich gut herausschmecken. Gerade die Noten von Zitronengras und dem wilden Pfeffer können überzeugen. Der Schmelz ist gut.
Auch die Verpackung ist durchdacht.
