Cacao Waves - Italian durum wheat semolina pasta with cocoa

Pasta with a difference: in stylish packaging and therefore great as a gift. Good Hair Day Pasta Italiana is in this case a frizzy head of Cacao Waves Spumoni al Cacao Italiana - spray pasta made from hard wheat semolina. The pasta is made only from durum wheat semolina and a little cocoa.

The packaging is in light brown with a viewing window through which you can see the pasta framing the lady's face in the center.

The pasta is made using the traditional bronze process. The bronze mold leaves the surface of the pasta a little rougher and denser, allowing it to better absorb the sauce. A science in itself!

The recommended cooking time is 8-9 minutes in lightly salted water. Pour off the water after cooking, add spices and sauce to taste, serve immediately. Try our first class Pasta sauces to it.

You can also prepare the pasta sweet, for example, with fruity balsamic vinegar with berries or even salmon. Walnut or pistachio pesto, cheese sauce with gorgonzola cheese also goes well.
