Honey mint Pralines - dark chocolate filled with honey & mint

The honey chocolates are made with 40% honey and refined with peppermint oil. The dark chocolate has 60% cocoa content.

The lime blossom honey is very creamy and has a slightly tart flavor. The Pralines are sweetened only with the honey and the Chocolate, otherwise made without industrial sugar.
