Hojicha Truffles in white chocolate with green tea - gift box

The taste that dreams are made of is how Willie describes his pralines made of white chocolate with roasted Hojicha green tea with a liquid core. The Hojicha tea comes from Uji near Kyoto in Japan. It is steamed immediately after harvest, then rolled and finally roasted at a high temperature. It keeps its brown color and gets its nutty taste.

Willie processes everything in his chocolate factory in Devon, England.

The packaging for the truffle is one orange gift box with gold rim and a dragon. A nice gift box.

The chocolate box contains 12 praline truffles without alcohol and coated with cocoa powder.
