Hola Sparkling 0.0% Cava non-alcoholic sparkling wine

The non-alcoholic sparkling wine smells fruity of green apple and white grapes, fresh aromas and light citrus notes. The alcohol-free, fine bubbly Cava sparkling wine from Spain is pleasant fruity-dry and harmonious and goes wonderfully with light tapas, chicken and cheese.

This Organic-brut cava is aged for an average of 14 months in the traditional method in the cellars (cavas) in Barcelona. During the harvest, the grapes are hand picked and selected to ensure their optimal quality before pressing. The grapes are lightly pressed.

The Parellada grapes are grown in the mountains at an altitude of 500 meters. These grapes are like gold for all our cavas and provide the fresh wounds. Macabeo grows in the lower altitudes and brings roundness. Xarel-lo, with its intense aromas, has a strong personality and gives structure to the cava. Now a cuvée, the white wine is dealcoholized and enriched with grape must before being carbonated. The cava is alcohol-free and vegan. The sparkling drink made from non-alcoholic wine is best served at 6 to 8 °C
