The pastries are refined with Parmessan cheese baked and refined with herbs of Provence. The small pastries are ideal for an aperitif, with wine, on the terrace, at the barbecue or just to nibble.

After the first baking cycle has cooled down, the cheese cookies are heated a second time in the oven for a short time, which gives them their incomparable crispy, light and tempting taste.

Confiserie Imping was founded in 1953 and is still run by the 3rd generation of the family. The tradition also includes the family recipes, which are kept strictly secret.
