Bean-To-Bar Chocolate European Semi Finals
The International Chocolate Awards is pleased to announce the winners of the 2021-22 Bean-To-Bar competition for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, which was decided by remote blind tasting in the spring of 2022.
The Bean-To-Bar competition focuses on fine, artisanal as well as micro-produced chocolates made directly from cocoa beans by producers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The competition was again supported by our German partner Chocolats-de-luxe.com.
The jury for this competition consisted of our regular European jury members as well as many of our IICCT-Graduates, other professionals from the region and members of our international Grand Jury. All judging was done anonymously. All gold, silver and bronze winners of this competition are eligible to participate in the World Finals in the fall of 2022.
