The Trinitario cocoa Mava Sa from the Ferme D'ottange plantation was recognized as one of the world's best cocoa at the 2017 International Cocoa Awards . In each region of the world only 4-5 cocoa are labeled.

This type of cocoa is still very rare and has been processed excellently. In other words, the fermentation and drying of the cocoa beans were carried out professionally. Only in this way can the aromas develop optimally.
