The set contains four different dips for dipping and seasoning made from two white wines and two red wines with matching fruit. All regional from the Southern Palatinate:

  • Pinot Blanc & Apricot - ideal with salad, asparagus or grilled chicken
  • Dornfelder & dates - wonderful with rump steak and lamb's lettuce
  • Riesling & fig - wonderful with raw milk cheese
  • Pinot Noir & Cherry - goes well with tofu or hallumi, vegetable sticks or to round off game sauces
