Candied, fully ripe lemon peel from Cinque Terre in Liguria wrapped in dark Chocolate, packed in a stand-up pouch.

The lemons are of exceptional quality. They come from the Currarino farm, which was established in Levanto in 1998 and later expanded to Monterosso, always in search of the ideal land for the organic cultivation of citrus fruits. Lemons are also known as the gold of Cinque Terre. They grow in the sunshine and "look out" over the sea. This environment results in a particularly intense aroma. The fruits have an elongated shape and a thick, highly fragrant and aromatic peel.

The Lavoratti company is located on the Italian Riviera between Nice and Genoa. The cocoa beans come from the Hacienda San José in Ecuador and are processed exclusively in Varazze.
