dark chocolate Fior di Sale with 60% cocoa content. The salt is a sea salt and comes from Trapani on the west coast of Sicily. The sea salt can call itself of specific origin. The sweetness and saltiness are in perfect balance, enhancing both flavors for a unique taste experience.

Cioccolato Lavoratti only uses cocoa from the Hacienda San José in Ecuador.
