Lemon Curd is made from eggs, lemon or lime and sugar. The texture resembles a pudding and tastes so intense because besides the juice, the lemon peel is also used.

The spread is also used in baking, for example as a cake filling or as a topping for a cupcake. Just as well, the delicious cream can be eaten over ice cream or simply as a dessert.
