Dark chocolate has 65% cocoa content and is made from Baracoa beans with subtle notes of honey and refined with orange oil.

The chocolate is made without lecithin and is conveniently packaged in a square, orange-colored box.

Willie Harcourt-Cooze buys his cocoa directly from the plantations and uses old machines to turn it into chocolate. He only uses raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter. It doesn't use soy lecithin or vanilla, nothing that gets in the way of the cocoa bean's aroma.
