Perfectlytempered chocolate, finely pressed truffle masses, delicate masses for cut pralines - this is our "truffle workshop".
You will learn how light-as-air and butter-tender a hand-rolled truffle can taste and how to make it. We prepare 3 different truffle masses with and without alcohol, then you have to do it yourself and roll, shape and decorate the truffles as you like with:
- Cocoa powder
- Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts)
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Sugar hearts
- Brittle
- Coconut sprinkles
- and much more.
This is Get Your Hands Dirty, a lot of fun in a team, for a teambuilding, a birthday party, family party, get to know each other party etc.
We recommend washable clothes. Everything you didn't eat, you can take home ;-)
Minimum number of participants: 10 persons, also children from 9 years. The workshop can only be booked for groups, we are happy to accommodate your wishes. Dates by arrangement.
