On the island of Madagascar, in the heart of the Indian Ocean, in the lush valley of the Sambirano River, cocoa thrives on the Mangaro plantation. The area is a former mango forest. "With the beans from these cocoa trees I was able to develop an extraordinarily tasty chocolate," says Michel Cluizel. The aromas of exotic fruits, the delicious flavor of the spice bread and the sour notes of citrus fruits are harmoniously combined into something very special and thus an extremely popular bean-to-bar chocolate .
