The cocoa beans are of the Chuncho variety from the Quillabamba Valley in the Cusco region. The chocolate has intense, nutty aromas that transport you to the middle of the land of the Incas.

The packaging goes back to the famous Sarhua tablets, which are part of the national cultural heritage. The wooden panels tell stories of individual family members at work. Traditionally, the tables are given away to newly wed couples for their wedding.

The pictures show excerpts from the life of the cocoa farmers: during the harvest, during the grinding of the cocoa beans and the packaging of the cocoa mass.
