The cocoa beans of this chocolate come from Bali from the Jembrana region in the west of the island. The 86% Jembrana Indonesia Bean-To-Bar chocolate has strong chocolaty notes, but is still pleasant on the palate and not bitter. The wood and nut notes, as well as flavors of raisins support the positive impression.

Melanum means daydreaming in Indonesian. Karen Lena Gründler wants her chocolates to convey Indulgence and invite you to linger. She produces all bars in her small manufactory in Wedemark from the bean to the bar with much love and craftsmanship. For your high pleasure, there are two thin bars in each package that melt ZART on your palate. The packaging is plastic-free.
