The beans for this Chocolate come from various farming families and are sent to a central processing plant. The beans are fermented, dried and sorted there. This processing plant also serves as a training center with a workshop that offers employment opportunities for young people with disabilities. Vietcacao not only markets the beans but is committed to supporting this care center, creating job opportunities and helping young people to reintegrate into society.

The relationship between Chocolaterie Morin and Vietcacao began through the production of chocolates for Arnoud Stengel's Erithaj brand. His father, André Stengel, is a co-founder of Vietcacao. Chocolaterie Morin produces for the Erithaj brand in France (which was of excellent quality but did not find a market here).
