Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content.

The cocoa comes from the Ben Tre region in Vietnam's Mekong Delta and is the basis for this fruity chocolate with slightly spicy-hot flavours.

The beans come from several farming families and are then taken to a cocoa processing station. There, the fermentation and drying of the beans take place to control the stages as much as possible. Young people with disabilities work there and Vietcacao supports them in this Work Help Centre to help these young people reintegrate into the world of work. Morin supports the help by sourcing the beans directly from Vietcacao.
