Dulce de Tres Leches 38% triple caramelized white chocolate

The white chocolate with 38% cocoa content and Dulce de Tres Leches is made from cocoa beans by a sustainable cooperative in the jungle of Pangoa in Peru .

Mark Gerrits processes the cocoa beans into a bean-to-bar chocolate in his factory in Santiago . The list of ingredients is very short: only cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cane sugar and butter.

Dulce de Tres Leches is a South American cake in which the dough is perforated after baking and a milk mixture of normal condensed milk, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk is poured over it until it is soaked. The cake is decorated with cream and fruit, as you wish. Sounds delicious!
