The dark chocolate with 66% cocoa content and peppermint is made from cocoa beans by a sustainable cooperative in the jungle of Pangoa in Peru .

Mark Gerrits processes the cocoa beans into a bean-to-bar chocolate in his factory in Santiago . The list of ingredients is very short: only cocoa beans and cane sugar from sustainable cultivation and Muna Muna mint.

The Muna Muna peppermint from the Andes is known for its aromas and healing properties. The Atacama Desert is a coastal desert and is about 1200 km long. It is the driest desert on earth.
