Milk of Madagascar 45% milk chocolate

Bean-to-bar chocolate - made in Iceland

This whole milk chocolate is made from cocoa beans from Madagascar from Bertil Akesson's Farm in the north of the island, milk powder from cows from Iceland and raw sugar from Brazil. Very careful attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients. The rest is done with a lot of love for the product and maximum quality.

The 45% cocoa content makes bean-to-bar chocolate one of the milk chocolates with a higher cocoa content.

Dauert lange bis sie schmilzt, dann aber kommt ein kräftiger Karamellgeschmack mit Haselnussnoten mit einem würzigen, fermentierten Geschmack der Milch selbst, die das Warten wert sind - ein kleines Stück genügt !
