Cocoa nibs are roasted and then crushed cocoa beans: Cocoa nibs. The cocoa beans are roasted, then carefully broken and the pieces are then packed.

This ultra rare Trinitario cocoa has warm notes of orange and toffee and comes from the cocoa cooperative Kokoa Kamili.
