Nakhon Si Thammarat 100% Cocoa mass

This bar is made from pure Cocoa mass with no added sugar. Nevertheless, it contains a full 1.3g of sugar, which is the natural sugar content of cocoa.

The cocoa comes from the Nakhon Si Thammarat region in the south of Thailand on the Gulf of Thailand, almost 800 km south of Bangkok. It has notes of: Citrus, wood and almond. It tastes naturally intense, but is not a please. A real treat for 100% fans.

The two founders of Paradai are actually coffee roasters. At some point, however, they became curious about cocoa and started producing Chocolate themselves. There are many cocoa farmers in the south of the country in the Nakhon Si Thammarat region, so they started buying cocoa here. The world became aware of Paradai Thai Craft Chocolate because of its numerous awards at International Chocolate Awards and Academy of Chocolate.
