75% Nakhon Si Thammarat - dark chocolate

This dark Bean-To-Bar Chocolate comes from Thailand from the small manufactory Paradai. The cocoa comes from the south of the country from the Nakhon Si Thammarat region.

The aromas of the cocoa are: exotic fruits, physalis, hibiscus, forest floor and cashew nuts.

The two founders of Paradai are actually coffee roasters. At some point, however, they became curious about cocoa and started producing their own Chocolate. There are many cocoa farmers in the south of the country in the Nakhon Si Thammarat region, so they started buying cocoa here. The world became aware of Paradai Thai Craft Chocolate because of its numerous awards at International Chocolate Awards and Academy of Chocolate.
