The dark chocolate from Thailand from the small manufactory Paradai is produced using the Bean-To-Bar process. The cocoa beans comes from the southwest of the country from the province of Trang. This is located on the western coast of Thailand, almost on the border with Malaysia on the Strait of Malacca.

The first impression of the cocoa is of exotic fruits, cashew, cocoa, wood and hay notes.

The small Paradai factory originally roasted coffee and at some point discovered the exotic cocoa that grows almost on its doorstep. Thus began the adventure Bean-To-Bar Chocolate for Paradai. Their efforts were rewarded with numerous international prizes at the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate. The bar packaging is also a small work of art with characteristic patterns and motifs of gods, elephants and dancers, with the silhouettes of cocoa pods in the background.
