Praline Tiramisù coffee and mascarpone cream in milk chocolate

Not only the name of this praline is reminiscent of the famous Italian dessert with coffee and mascarpone, but also the taste. Like the original tiramisu, the Tiramisù praline consists of three different layers. The first layer is a coffee cream, refined with cocoa butter. On top of this is a layer of white chocolate cream with the flavor of classic mascarpone. The praline is finished off with a layer of Venezuelan milk chocolate with a high cocoa content. A combination with a balanced taste, not too sweet and not too intense.

Wrapped in gold paper, this praline not only tastes classy, it also looks it.

A traditional Italian recipe interpreted by a traditional Italian chocolatier. The company Venchi has been producing high-quality Italian chocolates and Pralines since 1878. It all began when Silvano Venchi founded his first own chocolaterie in Turin. From then on, he developed his creations in his two bronze cooking pots, which he had bought with the money he had earned as an apprentice in a pastry shop.
