"The taste of pure decadence" is how William Harcourt-Cooze describes it his praline truffle in whole milk chocolate. A quarter of them consist of roasted hazelnuts, which are mixed with milk chocolate, raw cane sugar, hazelnut oil and a touch of Cornish sea salt to make the delicious truffles. To top it off, they are turned in pure cocoa powder. The chocolate is a single estate chocolate made from cocoa beans from Sur del Lago in Venezuela. Willi processes everything in his chocolate factory in Devon, England.

The packaging for the truffle is a blue round tin with gold rim and a mermaid . The mythical creature is a mixture of a woman's body and a fish and believes it lives in the sea. A nice gift box.

The chocolate box contains 12 hazelnut praline truffles without alcohol and coated with cocoa powder.
