Les Tropiques du Chocolat - 75% Ghana Forastero Dark chocolate made from Forastero cocoa with 75% cocoa.

The cocoa has long-lasting, spicy aromas and a taste of a lot of chocolate. Ghana is not exactly famous for its cocoa, but the cocoa beans for this chocolate have very intense, chocolaty notes.
