The only milk chocolate from Pralus with a first name and 45% cocoa content tastes wonderfully intense like Chocolate. It is wonderfully balanced and has vanilla and caramel flavors with mild and milky spices. Compared to other milk chocolates, "Mélissa" from François Pralus has a very high cocoa content of 45%.
