Hacienda San José, Paria Peninsula, Venezuela. A subclone of the youngest Criollo we recovered, Ocumare 67 . We believed in its harvest potential, resilience and structure. We won the challenge. Against all. Notes of caramel, tobacco, nuts, papaya, undergrowth, mushrooms and dates.
