Criollo in its purest form from Venezuela

The Puertomar of Domori , from the Hacienda San José, Paria peninsula in Venezuela.

A subclone of the youngest Criollo, Ocumare 61 , implanted in 1998. A big undertaking. It is the world's first example of reclaimed Criollo cocoa. This is a huge step forward in research and taste. It presents notes of cream, spices, almonds and cherry jam. Sweet and excellent roundness.

Domori chocolates are made exclusively with cane sugar and without additional cocoa butter. The chocolate is gluten free.
