Bean-to-bar chocolate

The chocolate is part of the Reserve Collection, the high-quality series of chocolate bars from Auro Chocolate . The bars are made from the best cocoa beans from a vintage harvest. Saloy is located in the middle of the tropical mountain forests, where spring water flows through the plantations and gives the cocoa beans notes of herbs, bergamot and cherries.
