Organic Arriba Guayas 74% dark chocolate

Bean-To-Bar Chocolate made in Germany from Organic Nacional cocoa beans from Ecuador. The El Deseo cooperative in Guayas harvests and ferments the cocoa beans. There are 59 cacao farmers in the cooperative, who are supported by educational opportunities in addition to a higher price.

The chocolate is Organic certified and vegan. It has chocolaty and fruity notes.

Since 2021, Eberhard Schell has gone under the Bean-To-Bar manufacturers and produces its own chocolate in Gundelsheim am Neckar. With the purchase of this chocolate they support his environmental project in Kalimantan on the Indonesian part of  Borneo. The light-colored wrapper is made from cocoa fibers from the pods of the cacao.
