The whiskey pralines coated with dark chocolate are made from single malt whiskey . The Laphroaigh whiskey from Islay is one of the peatier varieties and is therefore particularly popular with its fans. The cocoa beans for the chocolate come from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic and have light tobacco notes.

Since 1924 in the third generation, the Schell chocolate factory has stood for first-class confectionery. The finest chocolate products, pralines and truffle creations, delicious cakes and tarts are traditionally handcrafted. All products are made from the best, fresh raw materials without the addition of finished products.
