Tartuffi al Cognac - Cognac chocolate truffles

Handmade truffles with cognac filling. The characteristic dark chocolate from Slitti blended with cognac to create a velvety smooth ganache that is shaped by hand into small balls and then dusted with its own cocoa powder. The pralines are lecithin-free and made using only pure cocoa butter and natural vanilla.

Andrea Slitti has been winning one or more prizes every year for almost 20 years, both for his Chocolate bar and for his Pralines or chocolate creams.
