The latest white chocolate creation from Solkiki made from award winning Peruvian cacao butter (42%) Cusco Chuncho from Peru. Together with in house roasted cashews it makes a delicious vegan white Chocolate.

The cocoa butter was awarded the 2019-2020 World Gold Medal for its creamy, pineapple-like profile. Solkiki sourced an excellent cashew from a great small team and freshly roasted it's own roastery until it emerged just the right profile fit for the delicious cacao butter.

Flavor notes: floral, pineapple, cashew, sweet.
