Cranachan - raspberry, oat & whisky in white Chocolate

Cranachan is a traditional Scottish dessert made with oats, raspberries and a drop of sweet whisky. Bob and Iris Solkiki have now turned the Scottish classic into a beautiful table.

Raspberries, oats and almonds were coarsely ground and mixed with their award winning white chocolate and then whisky soaked nibs were added just before pouring to create this delicious treat.
The whisky is sweet and fruity, more like a round, deep rum to us. The bright, refreshing raspberries contrast with the earthy and nutty oat base.
The ingredients combine beautifully to create a sensational chocolate. A must for any Scotland fan !
