A classic combination: Nordic sea salt meets dark Chocolate with cocoa beans from Tanzania for a well-rounded taste.
The sea salt comes from the small Danish island of Läsö in the Kattegatt Sea. Salt has been mined there since the Middle Ages. The salt from Læsø is extracted according to ancient tradition by slowly boiling the salty groundwater from the Kattegatt over a fire. The salt is collected every morning and dried in wicker baskets. The salt gives the Chocolate an even rounder taste and enhances the cocoa notes even further.
