Hazelnut chocolates from Italy

The  white hazelnut truffles are made from the best hazelnuts in the world: IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. For this purpose, most of the hazelnuts are finely ground and some are just chopped. Everything is mixed with sugar, whole milk powder and cocoa butter and formed into a long snake and then I cut bite-sized pieces and packaged. In the variant Caramello e nocciole salate, the hazelnuts are first roasted and salted. Then the hazelnuts are coated with caramel and chocolate.

The manufacturer of the sweet delicacy is Antica Torroneria Piemontese, which is already in the 4th generation of the family. It was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste.

The tartufi are individually wrapped in blue wrapping paper. There are about 14 pieces in the bag.

Piedmont is famous for its hazelnuts and wine, as well as its lifestyle. Our Tartufo Caramello e nocciole salate are ideal accompaniments to coffee.
