Tartufo Gianduja - light hazelnut truffles with nougat

The light hazelnut truffles are made from the best hazelnuts in the world: IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont. Most of the hazelnuts are finely ground and only partly chopped up. Everything is mixed with sugar, whole milk powder and cocoa butter and formed into a long line, then cut into bite-sized pieces and packaged.

The manufacturer of the sweet delicacy is the Antica Torroneria Piemontese, which is now in the 4th generation of the family. It was founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste.

Piedmont is famous for its hazelnuts and wine, as well as its lifestyle. Our tartufo Gianduja are an expression for it.
