In the Cacao Puro 70% chocolate the cocoa from the Dominican Republic is first ground on its own and then again together with the sugar. This is how the chocolate gets its texture and unique Taste.  

You can also prepare the chocolate as classic Mexican drinking chocolate !

At Taza Chocolate , the organic cocoa is ground on original Mexican granite stone mills instead of in the conche. The stone is of course coarse-pored, which means that the cocoa is not ground very finely. In this way, cocoa was made before over thousend Years in Mexico processed and then cooked with it. The chocolate has thereby on the tongue a "sandy" feeling, which makes the flavors appear more original and natural. The best thing to do is to try a chocolate like this.
