Super Dark 85% dark chocolate ground on stone

This strong chocolate is made with cocoa from the Dominican Republic produced and initially alone ground on the stone mills and then again with the cane sugar. This is how the chocolate gets its texture and unique Taste. There are no other ingredients in the chocolate.

At Taza Chocolate , the organic cocoa is ground on original Mexican granite stone mills instead of in the conche. The stone is of course coarse-pored, which means that the cocoa is not ground very finely. In this way, cocoa was made before over thousend Years in Mexico processed and cooked with it.
