Domori uses for the couverture of this chocolate Trinitario Cocoa beans, a cross of < bilobaTransDictionary data-dictionary-entry-id = "2"> Criollo - and forastero plants that he grows himself in Venezuela on Hacinda San José. As always, the milk for the "purissima" is provided by the Tyrolean gray cattle.

Cocoa beans: Rio Caribe Superior (Trinitario) . Aromas are reminiscent of peanuts, ripe fruits, tobacco.
