Tiroler Edle Milk nougat - Dark chocolate with fine hazelnut nougat.

These chocolates are made exclusively with couverture from the top houses Felchlin (Switzerland) and Domori (Italy). Hansjörg Haag scoops liquid chocolate mass into molds and taps it out again so that only a fine shell remains in the mold. After a short solidification phase, it is filled with nougat cream and then sealed. Once the Chocolate has cooled, Hansjörg Haag carefully knocks it out of the molds and, finally, his wife Petra lovingly packs it by hand. The "Tiroler Edle" naturally contains no artificial preservatives and should therefore be enjoyed soon.
