Tyrolean noble Purissima Maxima 70% almost sugar-free chocolate - from the series the sweet thematic enhancement of taste. Handmade chocolate.

Cocoa naturally contains sugar, so the chocolate is not entirely sugar-free, no sugar is added and milk powder is used instead.

Open your mouth and close your eyes for our new "purissima". It is the result of the collaboration between Domori, the most innovative chocolate manufacturer in Europe, and Tiroler Edlen. For the couverture of this chocolate, Domori uses Trinitario cocoa beans, a cross between criollo and forastero plants that he grows himself on the Hacinda San José in Venezuela. As always, the milk for the "purissima" comes from the Tyrolean gray cattle.

Cocoa bean: Rio Caribe Superior (Trinitario) . Aromas are reminiscent of peanuts, ripe fruits, tobacco.

Dark chocolate with milk instead of sugar substitutes without soy lecithin.
