Andean Mints Chocolate 65% Alchemy - dark chocolate with mint

In this dark Chocolate with 65% cocoa content, the focus is on four mint herbs that are also used as medicine by the locals:

• Tipo from Ecuador
• Munja from Peru
• Sunfo
• Yerbabuena

The box contains four 14g bars, each containing a different type of mint.

The Chocolate is made from genetically pure Nacional cocoa. It belongs to the Heirloom Cacaos, best described as pure, old cocoa. To'ak has a tree nursery where the seedlings are grown and later planted in the rainforest. In close cooperation with the cocoa farmers, this counteracts the senseless deforestation of the rainforest. The cocoa farmers are paid at least three times the Fairtrade price for their work.
